How it Works
The content of sessions is guided by you, the client. As a coach, I provide a supportive, challenging and confidential space where I listen, feedback, ask questions and offer exercises as part of a process designed to enable you to create positive change.
Sessions last 50 or 80 minutes and can be done over the phone, online or in person. It is recommended that initial bookings are taken in a block of four or six, with 2-4 weeks between sessions.
Blocks are paid for in advance; the cost varies depending on whether an organisation or individual is paying (available on request). An initial introductory call is free of charge.
