About Me

Hello, I’m Molly. After 15 years working as a Producer, Programmer and Programme Director in the subsidised arts sector, I turned to coaching. It enabled me to confront challenges in my life giving me the clarity and confidence to make meaningful changes.

Inspired by my own journey, I qualified as a Coach with Relational Dynamics 1st, and now, equipped with my training and over a decade’s experience in senior leadership, I support others to ask deep questions, challenge assumptions, dream big and take action to realise their full potential.

I am an ICF ACC accredited Coach, Relational Dynamics Coach (RD1st/Culture at Work) and Group Coach (Quantum Leap); I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, receive professional supervision, and abide by the ICF’s Code of Ethics.
